Spain Prevents Automatic Substitution Of Biological Medicines, Providing Clarity For Pharmacists And Patients

Pay-for-Performance Model Being Applied To Drug Makers In Europe, U.S.

Minnesota Law Limiting Pharmaceutical Company Gifts To Physicians Could Lead To Similar Laws In Other States
Monday, November 12th, 2007A Minnesota law that limits gifts from pharmaceutical companies could lead to similar laws in other states, the New York Times reports.
